International escrow?

I have located a piece of original Carl Barks art in Sweden that I

would like to purchase. It is owned by a private collector and the

price is high enough that I would like to pay to have an expert

examine it before I pay the full price.

Any ideas for how to go about a transaction like this? I have not

used escrow before; are there international services available?
