I've had this book for years but finally dug it out and remembered the terrible mis-wrap.

Yea not even close. About a fifth of all copies of FF #48 look exactly like that, as if they were printed by the "arvel omics roup". Here's one randomly pulled from a Google image search.

 

It took me about a decade to get a 9.6 copy of FF 48 that had no miswrap.

Any copy of Roly-Poly 10. I wonder if that whole print run was simply remaindered and accidentally not pulped. Somebody found a stash of them and released them into the wild...

Certainly a bad miswrap, but I was expecting something really terrible as I scrolled down.

One of the worst miswraps I've ever seen was on a high grade Hulk 181. White on the spine is one thing, but it was so crooked the whole cover looked like it was on a 100 degree angle.

At least that's a rarer book, so it might be a little more tolerable. I don't know what happened to that Hulk, but I can't imagine someone paying the 9.4 or 9.6 price for that copy (can't remember the exact grade).
