They are interconnected. If you've scheduled too many you can't give all of them adequate time.

 

Certainly if you do both - give each lot (or even most of them...) enough time - and schedule too many... you end up with "excruciating" auctions.

Of course they are interconnected, but the first step in problem solving is determining the problem. So splitting up the discussions about too many lots vs too much time per lot is important if we are going to communicate well with each other and see if the issue can be improved.

+1 to that.

 

It sounds like the issue -- to quote my grandmother -- is stuffing 10 pounds of poop in a 5 pound bag. And is certainly something they should improve if the final lots aren't getting the same attention as the early ones.
