CGC Shipment to UK

Hey Guys,

Quick question.

 

I've just packed up a bunch of books for grading, and was just filling out the paperwork when i realized that the shipping only offers FedEx/UPS/USPS options for the US.

 

Can I just put down my UK address and select Fed Ex? Or is there a different form which I must fill out.
