Book Does Not Exist 2

Hello,

 

I am unable to register Batman 237, 9.6, Serial Number1130701004 because this book is not recognized as "existing" by CGC. Specifically, I receive the following message: "The certification number you specified was not found in our cert database."

 

In Verify CGC Certification the following message is provided: "No match found. Please be advised that comics and magazines cannot be verified using this tool until they have been shipped by CGC. Please try again or Contact Support"

 

I would be grateful if this problem could be corrected.

There seems to have been a database issue last night, but we are working on resolving it.

i'm getting a similar issue searching invoices under Submission Tracking...guess it's all database related.

Is there an ETA on the fix? I'm still having trouble submitting books into the registry.

I had the same problem today trying to add my Batman 107 CGC 8.5 #0916980006.

I have been trying to add my CGC ASM #19 no 1173745007 today and I just tried again and I am still getting this message; "The certification number you specified was not found in our cert database."
