I have one that has not been graded yet by CGC. I was actually in the process of going to a pre-screeener (Wonderland Comics in Rochester, NY) for his opinion.

 

Personally speaking, I bought the book newstand, never read it, and in "old" terminology it is in (what I believe) mint condition.

 

Let me know if you are interested. I'll let you know what the pre-screener

has to say after his assessment. If I get a good offer, I'll forego sending it in to CGC and save myself the $49/$79 fee.
