Fanboy Expo Tampa, Aug 3-4

I heard about this a while ago only because of pike's list of cons, but completely forgot about it. This morning, it was mentioned on the news. It looks like there is a small handful of comic dealers there. If anyone goes, please post to let me know how it was.

 

Seems like this was pretty poorly advertised.

Pike's had some good books as did Emerald City, but overall that was it for vintage comics selection. And there were only 2 or 3 comic guests. I suppose if you are into wrestling it may have been worth it, as they had 3 or 4 wrestlers there. I've never watched wrestling though.

I had fun at the knoxville one, they bring in nice celebrity guests.

I do have to admit Camden Toy was amazing to drink with along with a few of the other guests who all came out to the party Sat. night.
