Wow, 893whatthe.gif did anyone else catch this sale on eBay?

I'm just getting back into comics collecting after being away for a few years and after seeing this auction it has me feeling pretty good about the two copies of this book that I have. Any ideas on why the auction price was so much more than the Overstreet Guide value?
