I liked it as well, but I think I prefer Nord's artwork to Ruth's....or maybe I am just used to Nord. At any rate, Conan has got to be THE BEST new series to come out in the past couple of years (with the possible exception of the Dark Horse Goon series).

Is this a mini or an oingoing title? Also did Linsner do the cover to #8?

I remember someone making jokes about scenes of "conan and his wet nurse" and "changing conan's diapers" when this storyline was announced... I think this was about as far away from that as is humanly possible. That ending was a classic Conan moment.

It is an ongoing title, with 8 being the newest. Greg Ruth did all the art for this issue, including the cover. I believe Linsner did the cover of Conan 1 first print and the covers from 2-7. Supposedly Nord will be back with number 9 and Ruth will fill in periodically since Nord's art takes so much time.

Great read. I like how it tied back in with the flashback characters in issue #0.
