Help me grade my Green Lantern 76

Here is my copy of Green Lantern 76. It has decent front cover eye appeal but unfortunately also has a wicked back cover tear. Dind't pay much thankfully (got it for GD 2.0 guide value). The long tear makes it tougher to grade....any opinions?

Here is a scan of the back cover, the rip runs from the bottom of the spine to the dotted line between the two coupons. Its maybe 3 inches long.
