Wizard Magazine 1/2 issue offers

Looking to see if anyone has a list of all the Wizard 1/2 issue offers. I have checked a variety of sites, google, and comic price guide. The biggest problem is they are listed by title not as "wizard" 1/2. Off the top of my head I can come up with about 40 or so not counting variants.any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if there's a difference between a "regular" 1/2 and a "Wizard Special Edition" 1/2.

They may just be two different names for the same book.

You may already know, but Wizard magazine also issued a few #0 issues, and some un-numbered issues - Hourman and Deadpool spring to mind, but there were others.

 

They also issued some comic-sized but text-based "magazines"... again, the ones I recall include Kiss and Austin Powers.
