I bought this as a VF but very tiny homeowner color touch was discovered. It is not professional and is extremely minor. And NO, I never tried to remove the color touches - From an original owner collection straight into a CGC case

 

It has the look and feel of a solid VF

When I say the book is Rare, it truly is, as only seven unrestored examples (in ANY grade) have ever been graded by CGC

 

It is about twice as rare as Detective Comics #1 - Check the Census yourself

 

Overstreet Price Guide lists a FN at $7,000 with VF at $14,000

 

There is no price listing above the VF price due to rarity
