Interesting.

 

I purchased that exact same MSH12 from this seller when it was advertised as a VF/NM copy.

 

I told him I was unhappy with the condition and would like to return the book. His reply, "No problem, return it to the below address and i issue a refund.". His communication was excellent throughout with updates at every step, but his packaging was terrible as I remember.

 

Now, I'm not trying to paint the seller or the OP in a poor or good light. Obviously, you shouldn't expect NM/M raws from ebay and I'm personally against asking for a partial refund, but you didn't get what you agreed to purchase and you should be entitled to a full refund.
