Scratch on comic or the inside case?

I sold this comic not too long ago and then was asked for a refund because there was a scratch on the graded comic (9.8). When I got it back I checked it out and feel that it is not on the comic.

Beside opening the comic (which I do not want to do) I reflected the light off the case and went over the scratch. I feel that if it was on the comic it would have disappeared like the comic image does, because it does not its not on the comic. The Scratch is not outside the cause but inside.

WHat do you all think?

I think the buyer wanted to return it.

Done deal.

List the book again, and this time disclose that there is a scratch on the case.
