I appreciate all the help folks have been giving me, getting back into the grading thing.

 

One unseen problem with this book - the centerfold has about a 1" tear (1/2" on each page) at the spine right at the bottom staple, probably due to the missing top staple. As in the book never had a top staple, no holes or anything. Otherwise, what you see is what you get.

Too much wear on the back cover top and bottom edges plus that piece out. May stretch to a 4.5 onsite.
