Couple of small scuffs that happened during binding.

 

Spine is really nice.

 

Has the feel of a High Grade comic and would probably hit a 6.0 grade despite the hole.

There's just the hint of a bug nibble in the upper left & the lower right other wise a pretty nice comic.

 

Tiny stain on the "M" or Marvel.

 

Back cover has a light water stain in the lower right with a light ripple.

 

Comic has never been pressed.
