Foxhole comics #2 Good+ ... I LOVE this cover, one of Kirby's best, and there are 2 Kirby war stories inside including the great "Hot Box" ... Moderate general wear, some tears on back cover edges ... SOLD

I have personally met Kirby and still missing a Foxhole, so it took me a little! :D

Would love to find a #1, but it seems the stories in #2 are important.

 

Yeah, the cover to #1 is great but the best stories are in #2. Enjoy!

I love this run (War Comics / War Stories). I already have a copy of this one, but it took me a long time to find and I've not run across another until now. It also has an appearance by the Night Devils! I'm sure someone will pick this one up quickly!

I agree, a great little GA run and very undervalued (no long underwear in sight?). The #1 from 1940 is apparently the first American war-themed comic book, very tough to find but worth peanuts (according to the guide). ;)
