Nightcrawler story recomendations please

What's your favorite? I'll take anything but I did read the 4 issue mini from around 1985 with Cockrum. Preferably 80's to current and 1 or 2 issue stories but I'll take any ideas.

Bizzare Adventures 27 has a good unique solo and as a bonus, if you never read it, there's a (jean grey recruitment) scene right out of xmen movies not shown in comic form.

You might find more Nightcrawler-centric stories in Excalibur after he joins them, but IDK if that is what you are looking for.

Any series will do. Excalibur, X-Men, Uncanny X-Men or anything. Alpha Flight maybe? I'd guess he was in other series too that I don't know about. Thanks to everybody.

not Nightcrawler storys but i really enjoyed him in the 1st series of Ultimate X-Men

I thought some of Nightcrawler's best moments were X-men 181-220 or so. He has a great speech about the Xavier's Dream around 192 I think when Rachel first meets the X-men. A great fight with Magnus. He is almost killed by Nimrod and becomes a secondary player after that for a long while.

 

He joined Excalibur for awhile as well. He get re-popular in X-men after 400 or so.

 

There is a 2nd Mini in 2002 as well.
