His scans of Action 19, 47 and Detective 40 all appear to be from a catalog or book, not scans of the books themselves.

 

I have no conclusive proof that these are fraudulent auctions, but if you plan on bidding on any of these books, I'd highly recommend requesting additional scans.

Interesting that the seller has different looking photos for cheaper comics listed. The most recent neg FB is for an attempted baseball card scam, and our own Cal reamed him for shipping a slab in an unpadded mailer.

 

On the topic of suspicious listings did anyone here bid on the 9.8 Star Spangled 73 listed by a zero FB seller. The winner either got a pretty nice deal or taken for a ride.
