Get dealer coverage from cia. if you casually sell on ebay, get dealer coverage. cant remember my policy off the top of my head but i think imcovered for up to $250 without signature in the us, it could be more. it covers anything comics coming or going. i never pay for usps insurance anymore because of this and ill ship anything, anywhere.

 

How much does you coverage cost per month?

depending on how much you want insured, at one point i was paying between $100-150 every 6 months for $15k worth of coverage. since getting some nice things its actually doubled and i pay around $300 every 6 months. depending on how much coverage and where you store them, mine are in my basement, you can pay pretty cheap prices.

Does the delivery confirmation have to be signed for?

 

No. I did not require a signature confirmation in my auction. I only do that for books over $200.

 

In that case I'm surprised that Ebay didn't side with the buyer.

 

I get everything over $50 signed for.

Priority mail comes with free DC and Free $50 insurance now.
