I use Microsoft Paint to resize and then save the resized photo.

 

Then I upload with Tinypic.com.

 

I'm probably doing it completely wrong.

Do you need bigger scans? I shrunk them down!

 

I'll rescan later and surround with a spoiler tag. I would guess 9.6... but really cool if it pressed out to a 9.8 since I've had this book forever.

Not to get on a soapbox here, but not every book needs to be pressed to be "maximized". It is completely possible that pressing this book will not increase the grade you get. Is there anything pressable on it? Doesn't look like it from the scan but obviously light non color breaking impressions would not be visible in a scan.

I agree on the "if there isn't pressable defects then maybe one shouldn't press it" camp, I am also of the "I am not about to tell other people what to do with their stuff" camp.
