CROW pages. An awesome nazi branding bondage cover. Don't see this book that often. Just wish my scan was better...

Crime SuspenStories Lot. 23, 25, and 27 in G+ to G/VG CROW/OW -- $80

 

Fairly solid books (although the 23's spine is a bit ragged and 27 has a dot of rust on a staple) that probably sat in someone's garage for decades. Covers are scuffed, pages are haloed, so it's the usual lay-around wear.

 

Note that 23 was used in SOTI and 27 was the last issue.

 

All in all a good lot if you ask me.

Weird Mysteries #2 G+ to G/VG -- $200

 

Considered a classic cover. Gerber thought so and that's why I have it. Certainly a great example of 50's horror: great cover and mundane inside. Still a fun book that's not up for sale all that often.

 

 

Back cover is why the grade is lower.

Adams cover & art. Halloween-type cover. And an unpressed comic from an OO collection. Hard to beat that! (Maybe if my scanner worked better)

Pretty hot book with some pressable and some non-pressable defects.

 

 

 

Avengers #55 8.5 OWW/W -- $400

 

Red hot!

 

This book came from the same OO collection as the Bats and Tecs and whatnot. This is in better shape than I thought the Tec 400 earlier in this thread was.

 

 

 

How about $550 for the pair anyway?
