Nightwing #4

Hey guys,

I know a lot of people don't collect the "New 52" Nightwing but he's one my favorite characters and I love the series so I'm close to being caught up collecting the whole run. Well up to date anyway. My questions was for anybody that's noticed or heard was there a problem with issue #4? For some reason I can't find a 9.8 raw copy and their is only one graded at 9.8. About five 9.6's. I had a copy I thought was good for a 9.8 and even sent it in for pressing and it still didn't get a 9.8. Any thoughts?

Apparently a good percentage of that book's run was shipped damaged. It's hard to find copies that don't have minor spine ticks.
