This is the issue that was never released in the US, only in France and the Netherlands. This copy is in french.

It's called the "missing issue" and you can find more information HERE

People on the bronze and magazine forums say it is rare, that never comes up for sale, and for that reason I dont know how to price it.

I'll give it a shot here on the boards, if it does not sell, I'll send it to CGC, at the moment threre are 0 copies on the census.
