A few months ago there was a colorist on here soliciting their services for 20.00 a pop. Does anyone remember whom that was, or is a colorist looking for a quick gig? I have a small and simple poster I need some colors layed over. Please pm me...

If they don't show up, you might try Stacy Raven .

 

She does some nice work and her rates look to be in the range you're looking for.
