With all of the attention and acclaim Afterlife with Archie has received, this book might get some readers that might have passed on it a couple of months ago. Here is a nice article featuring Waid and Haspiel.

The Fox #1 is SOLD OUT at the distributor level.

 

It's a fabulous / fun / retro / quirky read that has SO much going for it EXCEPT:

It is a five issue mini.

 

We all know this is a what have you done for me lately industry.

 

I suspect that it's going to be quite successful. I'm encouraging Archie to make it an ongoing with legacy numbering.

 

If you enjoy the book, you guys should do the same.

I hope its good and if it is, I will definitely write them. I would like nothing more than to see Archie sell some big numbers. I like their digest sized books and wish other companies made a similar product.

It's a cool character by a quality creative team.

 

It's out of stock most places.

I will bet 95% of shops will be sold out by next Tuesday.

The direct market simply doesn't order Archie in depth.
