JRJR art portfolio

So, I was in a curio/secondhand/antique store earlier looking at some comics, and saw a John Romita Jr. art portfolio there for $45. I had never seen one before, and aside from some basic info, I can't find any prices on these except one on eBay for $60, sitting unsold.

 

I guess my question is already answered, but I'd like some opinions on this - should I snag it and try to flip? Leave it alone? Is anyone here interested in it??

I'd try and haggle down to 20-30$ and flip it or put it in a PIF offer (or maybe keep it, being a fan of the Romita's).

I don't have that kind of $ for putting into a PIF offer... but I did get some interesting stuff just for the PIF thread!

if it's the signed and numbered version one sold on ebay for $45 not long ago.

Drat - thats about fair market price that the shop is asking, then.

 

 

The also had a sealed copy of SandMan: The Kindly Ones HC as well as some Adventures Of Superman Archives still sealed, but wanted cover price for them and while IDK about the Sandman, I am pretty sure the DC Archives aren't special.
