All things considered, I would have accepted that bid. $1,000 for a solid, but water damaged, good is a strong price. Even after Comiclink's percentage, you still would have been doing good.

 

Considering you'll have to wait weeks for your $$$ once the book does sell, I'd rethink how much and long you want to hold out for that extra $100 if you are in dire straits at the present.
