Hulk 1.

low grade.

Lots of wear, creases and small tears.

There is tape on the inside covers that you can hopefully make out in the photos.

No restoration besides the tape.

I believe this would still get a Blue label from CGC but it would have "tape" notes.

To me this grades as a weak 1.5, or a really strong 1.0. Can I say 1.3 or 1.4 :)

I had a couple questions about the tape so I have the comic in hand and am going to go thru all the tape.

-No tape anywhere on the outside cover.

-No tape on the inner pages and the centerfold is holding well.

Inside front cover:

-Inside free edge has a tiny piece in the upper left corner.

-2 more slivers of tape on the free edge.

-1 sliver of tape at the bottom of cover right in the middle.

-5 super tiny slivers along the top edge.

Inside back cover:

-Inside free edge has 3 tiny slivers of tape

-6 super tiny slivers of tape on bottom edge

-There's 1 more tiny sliver of tape near the free edge but not quite at the free edge.

Inside spine:

-I'm going to say there's maybe 5 small slivers of tape that are mostly going horizontally not vertically on the inside spine.

This sounds like a ton of tape but it's really small slivers for a comic with a lot of wear.

By "slivers", I mean the tape is maybe 1/8" wide.
