BatWing #25 Misprint - New Release - Rare?

I picked up the new BatWing issue this week featuring the "Zero Year" storyline. I noticed about a quarter of the way through the story it contained a misprint with a totally different comic story taking up the remainder of the pages (not sure which comic book title it is). Has anyone else experienced this with this particular issue? I'm wondering if this is a one-off error or if it is more widespread. I searched to see if there was any info on Google over the last week but came up empty. Let me know your thoughts. I've attached a couple of photos so you can see what I'm talking about.

That, is a page from Hinterkind from Vertigo. Not sure which issue, but I imagine #2. Very weird!

Batwing 19 had the same problem, with some of Stormwatch's latest issue in side instead of the Batwing pages. Someone is messing up at the printers!
