Catwoman #25 by John Chew Layman--Who was she?

If it wasn't Selina who was she? I don't think it said in the issue.

 

I thought it was a good issue. Not as good as Chew but it was good.

I thought it was good Ann is gone, but this was a throwaway issue. It is like Layman decided to ignore the previous issues and the Catwoman persona. Oh now she has a whip? I should drop it.

Isn't this part of the Zero Year stuff? I don't view it as in canon with the rest of the series. Still good though!

Layman is on the title full time now, correct? Ann Nocenti was absolutely atrocious on that title. I dropped it immediately after she started. I used to think it was one of the best New 52 titles before her.

Not only did she not understand the character, but she was horrible at story telling. I felt like I was reading a story written by a 3rd grader. It doesn't make sense because her run on Daredevil was good and her X-Men stuff wasn't bad either
