This is a hot book and the 2nd Highest CGC SS of Thor 165 SS by Stan the Man Lee! Only 3 books exist at its level and only 1 higher.

 

Selling this for just $785 shipped to US and Canada...

I was thinking of sending this for pressing with CCS so that the book can be pressed while the book remains a yellow label. Unfortunately I have to let it go
