Don't really want to sell this as this is probably my all-time favorite book but I'm willing to make the sacrafice because there are a few other books I'm interested in buying. I will not let ths go cheap so no low ball offers please. I also want to upgrade this copy eventually. Prior to submitting it to CGC the general consensus was that this was a 5.5-6.0. It came back as a solid 5.0 off-white pages.
