Marvel Masterworks "Golden Age" Marvel Comics Vol # 1

Hello All, my first post on this board.

Well I have a comic book store here in Paris, France for over 25 years and collect for over 30.

I was so happy to order this masterwork for my store and was waiting to get my Diamond delivery as when I was a child waiting for Robert Bell's catalogs !!! (I still have the Cap 3 he had back in those days )

Finally got it, I'm so disappointed, it's a big piece of sh.. and I'm weighing my words.

How Marvel comics can publish this, is there anything we can do ?

I just hefted it at the LCS last night. Since it was in shrinkwrap, I couldn't look at it. What do you find lacking?

Fred welcome to the boards. So other than printing defects what's the problem with this version? What issues do they cover? I have he hardcover reprint of Marvel Comics #1 and I thought they did an excellent job.
