Heritage Auctions Shipping

Does anybody more familiar with the Heritage process know if there is a way to check if your items have been shipped?

 

I've looked up and down their options panel and can't seem to find any way to track what's going on. I know they said 7-14 days for processing, but a little bit of info would be nice... you know, like shipping method, date and stuff.

I usually get an email when an item is shipped.

log in, MYheritage tab on far right, look at "MYorders".

If it is shipped there will be a notification on the auction item in the status section.

 

I note that my own Heritage account required an update to my shipping information. I have been buying from them for years and have been shipping to the same location for the same amount of time and suddenly now they no longer have all my shipping information?

 

It might be that for you.

I've been told that how you pay can also influence shipping time. I've been told that credit cards are the quickest to process. Also if you win multiple categories (art+comics+etc) that has slowed shipping too.
