My friend Whilce Portacio is currently dealing with some family issues. Since Whilce and his family are currently in the Philippines, their answers may come by as quickly as if they were in the states. Give them time to reply as they are dealing with family matters and the holiday season.

 

All the art is in California and ALL monies will be paid directly to Whilce.
