No, not really... some people have weird and unqiue abilies with their limbs or body. Like slym, I can do the same above. In high school, I knew of one girl who can twist her arms by shoulder with hands clasped ... over her head backward and under her legs in one complete loop!! No one else can match that! I'm not joking... .

 

Still. the DS #122 looks to be for real as seen by the panel. Wonder if was done by purpose?

From reading Marvel the Untold Story, the artist's were all about trying to sneak stuff in to print, so I don't doubt the artist was going for a middle finger.
