Chicago Boy
I think the dot came second. I have No data to back that up. That’s my hunch.

I got into this discussion previously, and I think the prevailing wisdom here on the boards was the “.no dot” version came first, and had a much smaller print run than the subsequent “dot” version Chicago Boy, Daveb25 and thedude

wilbil
That is a negative and positive answer at the same time, until a well placed dot is used.

But in trying to fix the “no dot”, the printer put it in the wrong place, and DC must at that point have said “oh, just screw it some things aren’t meant to be”. this was the prevailing view of the board last time this controversy came up Daveb25 and Chicago Boy

I find it unlikely that they should stop the print run just to replace one error (missing dot) with another error (misplaced dot).

This 0.5 Cap #1 missing 4 center wraps sold for $39,500 in March. These two books have been priced similarly in recent years, with Batman #1 pulling ahead. If 0.5's are 35-50k, 1.0's are 60-70k and 1.5's at 75-80k...that's pretty remarkable. Chicago Boy and GreatCaesarsGhost
