VG is $1500 and F is $2200 as a F-, I'd take $1900 for it. I've got a few others if you are interested but they are mostly F to VF's rather than low grade copies which I assume you are looking for.

 

Try this issue which is one of the best Superman covers you could ask for. I bet this issue goes for less than $100
