The OP and you can do whatever you wish. I will say that there is a way to both buy ands sell here. It would be safe to say that following those rules are in the best interest of everyone. I won't create a stink either way, I'm sure others will more than happily say what I would but I'm too involved so I'll either wait for a PM from the OP or not.
