Dumb question

I've manipulated the photos every which way, it just doesnt matter. Doesn't work. Here's a typical image url. I've tried photos of just about every size and type.

 

 

I used to try to use Flickr & it never worked for me. Photobucket is tried & true & each picture you upload to their site has a specific image URL provided on the side that makes posts easier. No idea why Flickr doesn't seem to work but that seems to recur all the time.

 

You could also get image editing software from a site like cnet and make the images the exact size you want. I use Irfanview for my editing & worked well for my icon.
