I sold my hot rods so comics are the only thing I continue to buy for me. I try to sell most of them when I'm done reading them. There are probably 5 to 10 runs out right now that I will still have years down the road. Eow, Todd, Five Ghosts, Injustice, SSM and a few others will go in the old PC with my old stuff. If I kept all of the books I bought I would A, be broke and B, watch my house collapse from the weight of them all. lol

Sweet Jesus. Please tell me you are getting these books somewhere like DCBS and not paying full cover.

 

I had a regular pull list with Midtown but now I preorder everything through their previews. My LCS doesn't offer any type of discount for pulls so I had to go online. I still need to check out some other online shops for the best previews discount.

I may be closer to your number sooner than later because I'm losing interest in a lot of stuff. I love comics but I feel I've read some of these stories over and over. As much of a loyalist as I am to Peter Parker and traditions, SSM by Slott was a breath of fresh air . Lemire did the same thing for me with Green Arrow. I like when there is something new and different and with as many books as I've read, that is getting hard to find.

Yes. I have the Batman New 52 complete run and didn't want to handle them but wanted to go back and read the story. I bought the first trade in digital. I don't hate it but I like the print better. I don't know if its because of the feel, smell, weight, or just old habits but I like to hold the book when I read.

 

I read the news on my PC or an Ipad, watch video on both, but I for some old fogey reason draw the line with comics. I may change in time but I'm a long way from it right this minute. lol

 

I totally get it! Some people just love the actual feel. Kind of like how vinyl collectors love buying records versus listening to ipods.
