Some Friday Fun in today...

Surf's wife: "Honey, you already have every single one of these books, why did you need these?"

Surf: "Because they're Ace Doubles and my bid finger couldn't resist a whole pile of them all at once. The attraction was too strong"

Some good ones in there.  I need several if you have undercopies, the Daybreak 2250, the Alien From Arcturus, Who Speaks of Conquest, and my Man who Japed desperately needs an upgrade

We're getting ready to head out to NYC for the holiday so won't have time right now but consider them yours if the condition is good enough when I get time to take good pics when I get back.

Just two books this week.

First up a fairly early (1950) sci-fi PB by George O. Smith. Smith originally made his mark in Astounding in 1942 with his story "QRM – Interplanetary".

Next up is Ace double D-42, a book I have had on the back burner for several years, primarily for the Bullet Horde story.

This copy looks to have been carefully read just a few times.

Happy Holidays from me in UKville to the regulars here. Arthur Ferrier is an under-rated UK (well Scottish to be precise) artist/cartoonist who was quite prolific in his day. The "Lovelies" book from 1943 sells for a premium.

I've a copy of the Seabury Quinn and it's one of my favorite things. It has the origin of Santa Claus :cloud9: I got it from @catrick339 and it has lavish art by Finlay. I've never even thought of selling it. GOD BLESS ...

It’s interesting, both of those books are illustrated origins for Santa Claus.  It’s interesting in how they handle the story both similarly and differently.
