2. When did Bruce Wayne or Batman 1st meet Lex Luthor??

Don't know the answer to the first question, but I'm pretty sure the first time Batman met Lex was in World's Finest 88.

Unfortunately, it has a crummy cover. The book has the first Joker/Luthor team-up, so it should have been awesome.

Im thinking in golden or Silver Age Supes must have given Kryptonite sometime after 1952 (post- Superman 76)
