Is this a good price? Four Color Rifleman

I'm looking to buy a f-vf copy of The Rifleman #1/Four Color #1009 and was wondering if $110 was a good price?

 

I'm a big fan of the Rifleman and have been wanting to get into collecting Four Color, so this is the perfect book for me. Just not sure about average prices on these books.
