Marvel Art Colors?

I was at a junk shop the other day and this caught my eye:

Inside this box are four little vials of paint. I did some looking around online and found a couple of ebay listings of similar products; the company selling them back in the day was apparently based out of Indiana.

 

Still, given the logo, I have to wonder if Timely had something to do with this line of art supplies.

 

Anyone know anything else about these?
