Steve Ditko - Foot remark question??

Okay this is a rather silly question but something that has been bugging me today. I was reading a letter from the Amazing Spider-Man Omnibus where a fan makes a remark about Ditko not being able to draw feet.

 

I remember seeing a Ditko drawn comic from Marvel and I think it took place at a art museum, there was a painting of just a foot. I also remember at one time reading the reason he drew the picture was to show that he could draw feet.

 

Anyway, I looked through many of my Spidey and Dr. Strange reprints and cannot find that issue....does anyone know what issue it was? It is driving me nuts!

Yup, that is it! Thanks, did you remember that or have to go look? I thought it was much earlier then that. The letter with the fan complaining was in issue 6 or 7.
