ASM 300 Todd cover art $39k?

Yay, I finally found someone selling several pages of TM art...this guy helped me realize that my Spider-Man issue 4, page 4 signed page of McFarlane's could probably get me at least 1500-2000 if I wanted to sell (I have the signed page framed and matted with the comic next to it, and the actual page cut carefully from issue 4...makes for a real nice presentation).

 

I doubt he will get nearly 40K for that ASM 300 cover (that just seems nuts, and priced in such a way as to act as a beacon to get bidders to notice his other, more realistically priced, McFarlane original art he has for sale).
