I don't know about variants, but I do remember seeing some Disney duck books with Olympic covers and some Archie Olympic covers.

There are a lot of comics with Olympic riffs - like "The Olympics of Space," "The Underwater Olympics," "The Olympics of Crime" and that sort of thing.

 

I think stories set at actual Olympics are more interesting though.
