ASM #1 coverless $300 SOLD missing back half first wrap o/w complete

Here is a copy of Spider-Man #1. No covers, and the back half of the first wrap is missing, so there are 16 pages (8 leaves) before the staple, and 14 pages (7 leaves) after, the last leaf before the back cover is missing.
